    • PFD, Heat & Mass balance Diagrams/PIDs
    • Equipment/Line List/sizing /specifications/data sheets/Static/Rotary/pumps/compressors/fans/heat exchangers/KOD/vessels
    • Process Detailed Engineering/Hydraulic Calculations

    Process parameters/process control/process safety/Interlocks
  • Equipment & Plant Layout / Piping Layouts for Process Plants, Power Plants, Chemical, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical Plants, Basic/conceptual and detailed engineering.
  • Static Equipment Engineering /Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers/PHE/Pressure Vessels/Tankages
  • Detailed Engineering of Plants, Equipment, Systems, Interface Engineering, Terminal Points
  • Rotary Equipment Spec. preparation & Vendor engineering - Gas & Air Compressors, Steam Turbines, Pumps, Fans
  • Packaged Systems - Water & Effluent Treatment, Desalination, ZLD, Cooling Towers, Chlling Systems/HVAC/Fire Fighting

  • Shall have skills to carry out process calculations, heat/mass flow calculations, fluid flow/pressure drop calculations
  • Shall be able to prepare Mass/Heat/Energy balance diagrams
  • Shall be able to prepare Process Flow Diagrams for chemical/petrochemical/oil & Gas/steam networks
  • Shall have sound knowledge of process industry and operations of process/chemical/refinery/oil & Gas/steam generation plants
  • Shall have rotary and static equipment knowledge
  • Shall have process safety and hazard knowledge
  • Shall have knowledge of codes/standards like ASME/HTRI/API/OISD/ISO applications in process industry
