What’s the role?:
SUMMARY OF JOB

Technical Analyst I is a role that analyses processes, supports prototyping activities and processes and acquires functional knowledge for pilots, launch and scale processes to Data Operations Teams. Under direct supervision from the Sr. Technical Analyst and Technical Analyst IIThis role will be responsible for process update cascade to data operations Teams and ensure SOPs or Work Instructions (WI) are comprehensively documented

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and Supports documentation of new processes, SOPs & WIs (work instructions)
  • Perform detail process analysis
  • Incorporates undocumented process and procedure knowledge acquired through trainings, discussions and interactions with various stakeholders into structured and standardized work procedures.
  • Collaborate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Core Map Engineering Teams
  • Learn and execute Technical writing concepts and requirements, internal software development practices.
  • Provide inputs to current processes and provide inputs for efficiency, quality and productivity improvements.
  • Identify risks or provide inputs on new and / or complex situations with map data operations processes.
  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
  • Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
Who are you?:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (3 years college/polytechnic education) or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience

  • 2-4 years of experience working with HERE proprietary or related map making tools
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Experience with mapping technologies, GIS software and concepts or allied relevant expertise with demonstrated aptitude for planning and organizational skills
  • Detail orientation with strong process-oriented skills and a focus on deadline achievement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated agility for quick learning
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct trainings and share knowledge
