Job Description:

  • Procurement as per SLA
  • Coordination with Indenter, consultants, F&A, suppliers and other appropriate stakeholders of the project
  • Organizing pre-Bid meetings
  • New vendor addition
  • Conducting effective negotiation
  • Maintaining MIS reports
  • Leading teams
  • Client management

    • Qualifications:

    • B.E. / B.Tech / MBA
    • Years of experience: 6 -10 years
    • Excellent communication and able to work independently
    • Willing to learn advanced technologies

    Desired Experience:

    1. Knowledge of preparing RFQs for different services/contract/repairing/ AMC procurement and handling them independently.

    2. Knowledge of procurement in Proprietary / Limited/ Global tendering mode.

    3. Knowledge of different statutory clauses/circulars and their applicability.

    4. Experience of organising pre-bide meeting , if required.

    5. Working relationship with operational levels of suppliers and handling supplier clarification needs.

    6. Knowledge of preparing comparative statements.

    7. Knowledge of the process of negotiation and ability to negotiate.

    8. Knowledge of SAP.
