Job Description
Post Silicon Validation expert that develops efficient test content, Debugs failures, Reduces defects and improves yield in Manufacturing flow.Designs test architecture, methodology and test contents for efficient screening of intel microprocessors in system environmentDevelops system test programs for manufacturing validation of intel integrated circuits for compute operations and peripheral interfaces.Validates and debugs the failures of integrated circuits for module functionalities and interfaces such as PCie, USB, SATA, Video, Audio, NVMe, DDR, etc.,Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.Brings up of system test environment in sophisticated manufacturing Lab simulating all operational conditionsValidates to guarantee component margin to specification.Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capabilityAnalyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole resolution activities.Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.


Qualifications

Bachelor / Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
Embedded systems Validation expertise and usage of debug tools is required
Knowledge in computer architecture and SOC subsystems desired
programming skills in python, Perl, C is desired
High analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in dynamic team environment with cross functional team interactions
7+ years of experience in System / Manufacturing validation
