The Role

We are looking for passionate and seasoned Product Manager to build next generation cloud data products and business intelligence solutions for our business stakeholders. The candidate would be required to manage product vision and own the product Roadmap pertaining to business and organizational needs. The candidate should be able to own and be accountable for the Product deliverables aligning to the organization vision.

You will be joining the IDX team which is responsible for driving innovative projects across the organization. Your primary focus will be on data driven (AI/ML) solutions for various issues in Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Vehicle Planning and After sales teams. You will be working closely with a highly motivated team of ML engineers, Data Scientists and Data Science Managers.

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology or a comparable qualification
  • Master of Business Administration, PGDM or a comparable qualification

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Manager will own, optimize, and maintain the product vision and product deliverables. Primary responsibilities include
  • Should own product roadmap with excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills
  • Define solution approach by closely working with Data Science Lead
  • Come up with wireframes to explain the solution approach to business and development teams
  • Translate business requirements into development user stories for developers to start building the product
  • Manage CapEx/ OpEx estimations, resource allocations and project timeline
  • Ability to own multiple but related products in parallel

Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Product Owner or Product Manager role. Overall experience of 10 years
  • Understanding of challenges and constraints within the automotive domain and processes
  • Experience in leading PoCs where the moto is to act fast, fail fast and learn faster
  • Understanding of cloud solutions especially AWS
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum
  • Solid knowledge of the Atlassian stack, especially Jira and Confluence

Nice To Have
  • Experience in automotive /consulting especially in data analytics
  • International experience/ experience in working with global stakeholders
  • Software development skills (Python, SQL) is a plus
