Luminos is a Customer Engagement Platform with capabilities in Multi-channel Marketing Automation, Loyalty programs and In-APP/Web User engagement.

Luminos Suite is made available to Banks and SaaS Providers who we call as ESPs ( Enterprise Service Providers) and Sub-tenants of ESPs like Fintechs(for Banks) and Corporates(for Saas Providers).

What is the job like?

    • Define - Core :Understand the problem space in detail and define potential solutions in terms of new product features or enhancement in existing product features for any of the modules that belong to the Core Product Suite. Apply low fidelity design to present vision for solutions to problems.
    • Internal tools:Enable business and Operations Teams with tools and relevant data to achieve business goals
    • Platform : Be an SME of other Zeta Product Suite to leverage Luminos in their Product suite
    • Own product roadmap - Own the roadmap for one or more parts of the product suite. Publish a prioritized roadmap for at least 2 quarters at all times & priorities problems to solve
    • Align key stakeholders - Work as an SME of Electron Benefits product suite and work with the Solutions to define scalable and reusable solutions
    • Execution - Participate and influence release plan, sprint plan, sprint demo , daily standup
    • Documentation - Keep an update product documentation at all times, publish release notes for all feature releases & conduct periodic Product training for stakeholders.
    • Rollout & Validation- Create user manual and relevant content for various internal and external stakeholders, design customer feedback loop, track & monitor crucial business & product metrics
    • Collaboration -All at once, you would be working with multiple teams, product, engineering & design, business & sales and program management team.

    • Worked as a software engineer for at least 2 years or should have worked closely with engineering in the current role.
    • 5+ years of total experience and min 3+ years of experience in Product Management
