Roles & Responsibilities:
’ > HPE Campaign Product Owner

> Designing the CA Digital Campaign engagement framework

> Idenfication of Key Index to develop the ML models on portfolio Campaigns

> Selecting the right fit product for digital campaigns

> Selecting right set of customers – with the help of Analytics and HPE Data Science Team

> Ensuring the right communication by co-ordinating with stakeholders (Marketing and Product Managers)

> Non HPE Digital Campaign – where there is a dependency on external system

> Driving the campaigns by informing the branches with right SFDC triggers

> Maintaining the communication and campaign framework

> Publishing the Campaign dashboards

Secondary Responsibilities:
’ > Vendor Management for Data Acquisition
