About the job:

Workforce Administration (WFA) is the foundation of every HR Business Process. The Product (Oracle Fusion) is the system at the core of this and is the master data for all employee processes.

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation and stability of the Oracle Fusion Applicationprimarily in relation to Employee Workforce administration and self-service.

Role on a high Level would include ensuring business Process aligns to global vision and direction, adopting a continuous improvement approach to Change requests, keeping unto date with release updates and ensure the business process make best use of them, managing expectations for projects supported using agile approach, Working with the business customers to give clarity and constantly looking at the next value added addition to our offer in line with current HR trends

You will be reporting the WFA Capability Owner

Key responsibilities of the role:

Your key duties include:

  • Working with Business and Project Delivery
    • Understanding business requirements and business process mapping
    • Capacity Forecast & Planning, Skill forecast & development efforts
    • Alignment on priorities and delivery using Agile Kanban approach
    • Ensure refinement of business requirements, technical interface integrations and testing
    • Ensure security alignment in the solution design
    • Influence vendor product roadmaps to meet Business needs
    • Consult & involve technical Architects for solution and interface workflows
    • Special focus on Workforce administration and associated technologies in the landscape
    • Responsible for Transformation / Innovation in Workforce administration, Attendance, Time and Labour
  • Working with Management and Leaders
    • Follow market trends and ideation for better UX
    • Conducting PoC’s for new modules and Product Roadmaps and find features fit for business needs
    • Redefining process focusing on Simplification & Automation
    • Envisioning and delivering best end user experience

Qualifications

Key skills and requirements:

Required:

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support in Core HR, Self service in a senior role
  • Worked in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects in a senior role
  • Sound hands-on experience in Setup configuration, Fast Formulas, BI & OTBI Reports, Responsive UI configurations, Design studio, personalization and Workflows.
  • Desired to have knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security, Data Migration and Interface development using HDL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service and so on.
  • Must have worked in client facing role and worked on Requirement gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT and so on.
  • Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team management skills and experience.
  • Needs to demonstrate good understanding of Business processes.
  • Thorough understanding of technical data architectures
  • Strong ability in troubleshooting complex issues
  • Strong knowledge with scripts development and web services
  • Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings, confident to challenge the customer.
  • Ability to work well with contractors, systems engineers, requirements analysts, and others who may have information necessary for developing security related documentation or processes
  • Excellent technical writing skills (technical specifications, incident reports, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
  • Fluency in English

Preferred:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to think independently

Qualifications:

  • Six to Eight years of experience with Oracle Fusion i.e 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT
