Job , Role and Key Expectations
Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in similar role. Exposure to global engineering is a must. Should have worked with multi disciplinary functions to coordinate for efficiency and quality.


Job Brief

Person responsible for coordination of Projects deliverables from Pune, working as a key player for driving initiatives and reporting ; efficiently coordinate with functions for on-time deliveries in efficient manner. Action oriented and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Clear communication proficient in computer-based report generation and data gathering. The goal is to ensure the smooth efficient engineering support and be the “Glue” of the Project Team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute business units work requests ,
  • Ensure program objectives are met
  • Coordinating with different functions for work execution , develop workflows for efficient support operations
  • Planning and prioritizing product release, support operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays
  • Participate in Planning , prioritization meetings – to create status reporting to Sr Management
  • Coordinate and Drive Initiatives ( Lean , Perfect execution, Dashboard , etc.) to increase visibility and quality
  • Assist local leadership for efficient and lean operation and driving initiatives to Enhance value of services provided by EIC-P to Business units
  • Strategic initiatives to Develop Vendors, suppliers …
