Job Description- Knowledge about Fabrication unit of
Tipper, Bus Body, Tanker, Mobile Fuel Bowser,
Bulker Body, Customized Engineering Fabrication etc. Production Manager The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes in the factory reporting to the Operations Director. The main responsibility is to ensure that the production runs smoothly and efficiently with the resources provided, both manpower and equipment. Primary Responsibilities as follows; • Planning and organizing the production schedules. • Managing the production team. • Ensuring that quality standards are met. • Developing and implementing production policies and systems. • Monitoring production costs. • Ensuring safety in the factory. • Close liaison with the Procurement Department for material and equipment requirements planning. • Close liaison with the Quality Department to ensure that all Quality Management System goals are achieved. • Training of the production team. • Planning future manpower and equipment needs based on the order book and sales forecast. Requirements. ▪ 5 years’ experience as a production professional in an equipment manufacturing company. ▪ Strong leadership and management skills. ▪ Excellent communication skills. ▪ Strong problem solving skills. ▪ Extensive knowledge of relevant production processes and technologies.

Experience: 5-8 Years progressive hands on, leadership experience in a Production, Steel fabrication.

Equipment manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)

Qualification :MBA/DIPLOMA/ENGINEER
