Tasks


1. Production supervision of PCBA segment
2. KPI monitoring, taking corrective and containment actions and co ordinating CFT for escalation and issue solving.
3. Leading Production team for customer and statutory audits.
4. Cost savings and improvements activities


Qualifications


1. Knowledge of SMT Production
2. Able to supervise approx 40 to 50 operators and technicians.
3. Problem solving and analysis skills
4. Customer and Internal audit handling
