Responsibilities

Job Description: Project Analyst
1. Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
2. Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects
3. Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches
4. Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications
5. Establish & monitor key performance indicators
6. Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performances
7. Look at data from legal and regulatory standpoints to ensure projects meet with any applicable laws and regulations.
8. Support Project controls to track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
9. Collect the necessary information required to start projects
10. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Basic Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
2. Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
3. Exceptional research and reporting skills
4. Excellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationships
5. Ability to stay up to date with market trends, movement, and innovations
6. Good communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies that can improve current planning processes
7. Proficiency in computer technology and MS office applications
8. Understanding or Hands-on experience on following tools is a bonus – SAP, Minitab, PowerBi and Tableau
