Roles and responsibilities

Conduct scoping study and identify beneficiaries across the specified target groups.
Process documentation and analysis of information and report writing for project compliance and monthly progress reporting.
Coordinate and contribute towards stakeholder interactions, entrepreneur workshops, mentor-entrepreneur interactions.
Create bankable project profiles for the entrepreneurs.
Liaise with banks and other financial institutions for financial linkage of entrepreneurs.
Coordinate with mentors for effective mentoring of the entrepreneurs.
Counseling and handholding support to entrepreneurs.

Desired Qualification

Postgraduate in Development Studies / Social Work / Rural Management / Masters in Business Management/etc. is essential. Certificate in credit counseling or financial literacy is desirable.
2-3 years of work experience in similar projects with skills in project documentation and stakeholder management.

Other Competencies

Skills in undertaking desk research with attention to detail and structured presentation.
Use of MS Office Suite and other relevant computer applications for efficient documentation, data analysis, and presentation.
Self-motivated, team player, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Demonstrate/safeguard ethics and integrity.
