Project Coordinator ( Exp. 1 to 3 years)
Must have knowledge of event management and ready to work on flexible hours.

We are looking for a responsible Education Project Coordinator to administer and organize Education Project from simple to more complex plans. Education Project Coordinator responsibilities include working passionately for new innovation and Value-added ideas for further growth and development of this Education Project. Search of new talented students from 4 districts of Marathwada region of Maharashtra. Evaluate performance of every student and guide them as Mentor to Groom their overall Personality.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information of this education project.

· Project to be carried by staying with students.

· To develop Intellectual skills and Personality Factor in Students.

· To identify hidden potential of students and help them to raise it.

· To take students continuous review in their academic performance and guide them accordingly.

· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes

· Assign tasks to students and assist with schedule management

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all Organization Committee and Project Manager.

· Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

* REQUIREMENTS

· Must stay with students for this Education Project.

· Must be fluent and good in communication with students.

· Capability to handle students of 11th and 12th standard.

· An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans for growth of this project.
