JOB DESCRIPTION:

Complete Site Management which includes but not limited to the following :

Explore Tender notifications of relevant projects and share with the CEO.
Arrange necessary document for vendor approval & bid submission.
Coordinate with clients for bid submission.
Sharing relevant documentations (Work Oder, Scope of Work, TCC, GCC & SCC of contact with project teams.
Providing information and regular support to stakeholders.
Being point of contact for various working groups.
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes.
Ensuring resources and equipment are always available.
Procurement of proper materials related to the project as per scope of work & approved specifications.
Understanding formal escalation and review processes.
Providing support to project team and business leaders when requested.
Thorough project documentation.
Creating and reviewing of reports.
Coordinate with Project team for timely submission of bills & release of payment.
Support Project team for timely closer of project as per the terms & Conditions of Contract.
