Responsibilities

People Management and Identification of vacant positions within the organizations

Publishing & Inviting Application for Vacant Positions using different means of job portals
Developing JDs in consultation with Team Leaders
Interviewing & Shortlisting the candidates for the Position
Scheduling Interview with the concerned project team and conducting Aptitude & Technical Test based on the required skills
Generating Offer Letter and collecting the required documents from the candidate
Background verification of the employee will be done to ensure his past experience
Issuing Appointment Letter and Ensuring all the joining formalities
The employee will be deployed in the area of operation
Conducting Induction for all new joiners
