  • DIPLOMA/ BTECH IN CIVIL ENGINEER IS MUST.
  • Comfortable working in ASANSOL location.
  • Travelling as and when required.
  • Need minimum 7-8 years of experience.
  • Immediate Joining preferred.

Candidates residing nearby Asansol would be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:-

  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • Make sure that they complete projects within the timeline and budget.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
