Job Description

The Projects Management Director will be responsible for end to end execution of all projects across the country.

Should have experience in managing projects small to large including communication, documentation and successful closure of the projects.

The candidate will manage other junior project managers and deliver the project within cost and time targets. Having 5 years experience of Construction line expert in finishing work of residential and commercial projects.

Job Description
  • Overall responsibility for Project Management, execution, materials management, quality control and labor management. . Overall communication and co-ordination with clients and internal. .
  • Full responsibility for checking of the measurements, raising invoices, collections, quality control etc..
  • Completely responsible for defining and managing the KPIs for the project.
  • Manage team of project managers with inspirational leadership.
Requirements
  • B.E. (Civil) with 5+ yrs of experience in managing projects end to end
  • 75% time travel to locations outside the city.
  • Significant experience in managing metrics of the project.
  • Experience in using project management softwares must.
  • Experience working through corporate projects preferred.
  • Should have worked with large corporate clients.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities
Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Requirements
