You will be part of the FLSmidth Manufacturing – Bawal who are dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

Role

You will Lead a Matrix Project organization at FLSmidth Manufacturing – Bawal

Your Responsibilities

• Accountability for overall project or multiple work streams including project plan, scope, cost, work schedule, design and build, and contractual deliverables
• Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team
• Establishes effective communications with stakeholders (SPOC for IOD, PMP, PLP and manage all internal stakeholders)
• Develop detailed project scopes and coordinate with internal and external resources to determine best path for completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules in cooperation with other team members to control project activities in accordance with company objectives, project scope, and milestones to satisfy requirements.
• Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to ensure compliance on project goals and deliverables.
• Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of project milestones.
• Ensures delivery to the project plan and budget.
  
  

What You Bring

• Good knowledge in Technical & commercial Terms
• Experience using MS Project to ensure the project meets schedule expectations.
• Well-developed contract management and change order skills.
• Sound technical aptitude and proven ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies with superior computer usage skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills on a technical level with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting concepts, including percentage of completion, earned value and accounting techniques.
• Conceptual thinking and problem solving.
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Knowledge in Oracle based ERP system will be an added advantage.
  
  

Education Qualification

Graduate in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) from a reputed university.

Experience

5-10 years’ experience in Project management experience with PMP certification. (Knowledge in mining equipment’s will be an added advantage)
