Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil with strong leadership skills to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects in the Kurianad,Kottayam area. This is a full-time position with a senior level role, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Architecture, and AutoCAD
  • Expertise in structural engineering and geology
  • Experience in earthworks and road construction
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee civil engineering projects in the Kurianad,Kottayam area
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Review and evaluate design drawings and specifications
  • Supervise and lead a team of civil engineers and construction workers
  • Manage project documentation and maintain project records
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to the senior management
