Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan plot layout.Test soils to determine the strength and type of foundations requirement.Developing detail plot layout after discussion with all stockholdersCarry out feasibility study, basic Engg and cost estimation of civil related activities to prepare capex and check viability of projectPrepare and float tender to shortlisted contractorDeveloping detail design with help of consultant.Reviewing and approving construction drawing.Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues;Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety and local standards.Overseeing the work of junior staff or Site civil engineers throughout the projectCommunicating and liaising effectively with colleagues, consultants and contracting civil engineersManaging budgets and other project resources;Preparing project schedule and monitoring through project management systemScheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveryPreparing weekly progress report and reviewing with project team.Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk managementCorrecting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements before final handoverEnsuring that a project runs smoothly and that the construction completed on time and within budget;Obtaining all relevant government permits for the project construction work
