Job Details:

Would have to provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the management and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of the progress of plans.
Would be responsible for overall coordination with consultants from site location.
Would be responsible for certification of bills.
Would need to liaison with Government agencies and statutory bodies.
Would need to monitor work progress & would also be responsible to ensure timely completion of the project and hand over to the marketing team.
Expertise in infrastructure like roads, drainage, landscape and water supply would be essential in developing our project.
Would also have to co-ordinate for billing, monthly management report & MIS reports
