PROJECT MANAGER, SITE ENGINEER, STRUCTURE ENGINEER, FOREMAN AND SUPERVISOR


candidates should have experience of Project planning, contruction ,interiors, schedule development, for High rise buildings, hotel construction Should have ample experience of Building Constructions in the field ranging from 10 to 15 Years. He is required to be located at GOA Project location.

Candidate should be fluent in Konkani

should be a resident of goa

should have prior work experience in goa

REQUIREMENTS

  • Nos of years of experience 10+ years of successful and progressively responsible construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of project design and construction planning integration, and the collaborative process between architect, general contractor/contractors, and client.
  • Contributes to value engineering and constructability reviews
  • Works in support of project management during materials procurement to ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of the construction process, its standards, methods, assemblies, plans, specifications, regulations, and codes.
  • Working knowledge of accepted accounting principles and project cost-accounting practices.
  • Project planning certification and professional memberships Optional The Candidates should be having a experience of minimum 10 years with reputed Builders of HOTEL /HIGH RISE BUILDINGS/VILLA construction.
