Key responsibilities

  • To manage and monitor all operational activities related to handling of Import/Export cargo with a view to optimizing utilization of the CFS yard space
  • To manage and ensure statutory compliances, including Customs, with a view of seamless CFS operations
  • Act and communicate proactively and keep the respective stake holders informed of any issues or changes in the process / daily activities
  • Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
  • To monitor and ensure trouble free import documentation & operations with a view to providing Import services second to none to the customers.
  • Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledge and best practices.
  • Adhere to standardized processes and tasks without compromising compliances

We are looking for

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree level with 2 - 3 years of experience.
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Self- motivated
  • Ability to execute operational tasks with zero percent documentation error
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
