BRANDART Packaging Procurement India (www.brandart.com) is looking for an:

Accounts Associatebased in LVB Nagar, Karur-639002. Tamilnadu, India

Main tasks and responsibilities

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing SAP system reports to balances
Gather goods purchase invoice from the supplier and verify it with SAP (Value and Qty) and make entry in to SAP on a regular basis.
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly SAP reports
Continuing to improve the payment process
TDS/TCS and GST filing monthly basis
To be able to extract monthly GST Purchase and sale register and preparing GSTR-1 & GSR 3B, TDS/TCS reports within the timeliness.
To be able to generate monthly ledger, Trail balance, payment book keeping etc..
Calculate on quarterly bases the P&L for advance tax purposes
Support consultant on annual audit processes.
