• The Ad Operations QC is responsible for performing regular reviews of campaigns and media plans to ensure all tactics are performing at the desired level and submissions are free from errors.- Handles escalated jobs from the team/floor to resolve and meet client expectations regarding any type, category, or complexity of the job assigned before delivery.- Audit campaigns for performance against KPIs, the correctness of DSP setup, and compliance with the standards and customer instructions- Evaluate outputs of media planners for compliance with established standards and customer requirements- Provide feedback to campaign managers, ad traffickers, and media planners and report results of evaluations within established timelines- Generate, validate, and send out quality-related reports as scheduled- Assist the QM Lead in fulfilling requirements of the company’s quality management system
