  • What you’ll achieve
    As a Service Operations Advisor, you will provide remote support for internal technical issues in complex and business-critical environments. You will be responsible for critical incident management with cross-functional teams, delivering timely solutions with exceptional customer service.
    You will:
    • Troubleshoot multiple complex technical problems ensuring optimal service levels
    • Communicate within functional teams to provide problem resolution updates
    • Utilize internal resources and teammates to investigate technology and understand procedures
    • Lead process improvement projects

    Essential Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of total software/IT engineering/code development experience. Out of this at least 6+ technical program management experience
  • 4 years of SFDC Lightning Exp. With Integration and INGENIUOS exposure
  • Deployment awareness of the Packages into Production.
  • Have depth and width of decision-making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results
  • Ability to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authority
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashion


Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles
  • SCRUM Master certification a plus
  • Experience Oracle, Pivotal

  • Bachelor’s degree
