We are strongly performance driven, and look for people who share a similar DNA.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy alpha generating back-tested trading strategies with higher risk adjusted returns.
  • Recommend ideas and suggestions in order to improve the present strategies as well as develop new strategies.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in context to trading and associated activities.
  • Explore multiple asset classes and help diversify across multiple non-correlated trading instruments.

  • Bachelors/Master’s Degree in any stream from a renowned College/University.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude, logical and quantitative skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
  • Prior knowledge of capital markets and derivatives is welcome, not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Excel, also coursework in Statistics/background in Mathematics/Python/R is a will be discussed individually with selected candidates. We value long-term players, and the compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonuses. In the long run, if you do well, you can expect to create disproportionately higher value for yourself.
Location: This is a WFH role to start with, but later, down the line, the candidates would be asked to work from the office. Office location will be in Dadar, Mumbai, so candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai shall have a clear conviction about moving to Mumbai before applying.(ref:iimjobs.com)
