Job Description:

Subject Matter Expertise in Accounts payable (P2P process) and Reconciliations
Issue Investigation and follow-up for resolution
Backup for Operations Lead in process
Work on internal reporting and dashboards
Initiate Process Improvement Ideas
Help team members in resolving critical issues and coordinate with them in completing given tasks in time
Consolidation of works done by team members and report to management
Initiate calls with local teams and internal teams of CGSCI for quick resolutions related to aged open items and process issues
Training team members (KT) and supporting them in critical issues
Maintaining Error Trackers and follow-up for resolution
Having knowledge of key controls of accounts payable and work towards implementing them all the time
Support team in answering audit queries
Review of work done by team members

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

Strong accounting knowledge with focus on India Accounts Payable experience,
GST expertise and knowledge of indirect taxes and other statutory requirements in relation to Accounts Payable
Strong written & oral communication skills in English,
Experience in managing people and processes (4-5 FTEs),
Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook),
Experience in SAP ERP system,
Ability to liaison with Tax, GL, Controllership, etc. teams

Education & Experience.

B.Com/M.com/MBA

A minimum of 7 Yrs of experience in Accounts Payable.
