Support is seeking smart motivated individual to take the role of Level2 /Level3 support of applications MyState street and GPA applications that service Middle office operations.

Efficient in writing scripts in Unix shell / Python / Perl /Windows Shell scripting

Proficiency with PL/SQL ( oracle-Exadata & SQl server ) , debugging with stored procedures, triggers etc

Experience in writing and debugging Autosys and other similar scheduler tool available

Experience in troubleshooting web applications in ( Java/J2EE,.Net )

Experience in problem management in doing root cause analysis and automate to increase efficiency and faster resolution to production issues

Experience in preparing good documentation when logging product issues, which includes observations, diagnoses, action steps, and tracking errors.

Experience in Incident Management , conducting triage calls , attending command centre calls to understand technical constraints of live application / service when articulating solutions and Business workarounds to impacted Business areas.

Experience working in cloud environment is a plus
