Job Description

Creating and executing ‘New Product Development Funnel’ for Kwality Walls Ice cream in India based on portfolio needs and consumers needs Conducting consumer concept and product research on core and innovations ideas as is relevant in the part of Ice cream portfolio assigned to him / her Basic data modelling for innovation costs and turnover potential Staying in tune with latest flavour and dessert trends through trade, out of home, and in home consumer connects Working closely to the R&D, Supply Chain, Market Research, Global Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver projects in time

Job Description
  • Creating and executing ‘New Product Development Funnel’ for Kwality Walls Ice cream in India based on portfolio needs and consumers needs
  • Conducting consumer concept and product research on core and innovations ideas as is relevant in the part of Ice cream portfolio assigned to him / her Basic data modelling for innovation costs and turnover potential
  • Staying in tune with latest flavour and dessert trends through trade, out of home, and in home consumer connects
  • Working closely to the R&D, Supply Chain, Market Research, Global Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver projects in time
Skills & Experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, overall First-hand experience in New Product / Innovation Development for an FMCG brand Strong in project management
  • Spike in craftmanship and creativity, someone with an eye for creative detail and design
  • Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organisation and creative agencies Mind-set for growth, to challenge the status quo, to leave a mark and change the course
Secondary traits (‘nice to have’)
  • Experience in adjacent categories like Chocolates, Soft Drinks, Biscuits, other ice creams
  • Passion for great quality food, snacks, beverages, and multisensorial food experience
