-To analyze manpower need as per business plan.

-Recruitment of quality manpower and adhering to all the required parameters as per HR policy.

-Making new joinees comfortable and implement the induction plan as per guidelines.Also to ensure completion of induction process for every new employee.

-Monitoring manpower efficiencies and identify the training needs of the work groups.

-Creating a motivating environment through employee engagement activities,Grievance handling and communication to dealership employees.

-To make smart KRAs and implement the performance management system in the dealership.

-Minimizing the attrition of employees with help of HR interventions.

-Managing all admin activities and ensuring all statutory and government compliances.
