    Identifying the scope area as well as investigation protocol for him/herself as well as external vendors for cashless/Reimbursement claims investigation
    Desktop Investigation
    Assignment as well as Quality check of triggered cases for investigation
    Field Investigation of assigned cases to him/herself
    Tracking of TAT as well as quality.
    Adhering the success rate of investigation as per defined KRA for the Financial Year
    Audit of Hospitals & recovery of wrongly/overpaid claims.
    Audit of Diagnostic Centre’s
    Coordination with internal customer Claims team/Under Writer team/ Grievance team/ Sales team.
