• Co-ordination with PPC in selection of HU, s.
• Prepared the module FTR with HU,s details and offer to customer/Third party agency.
• Deployments of manpower for PSI.
• Draw the samples from the PSI pallets as per binning. Verify the production records of the selected samples
• Check and review of calibration reference module.
• Calibration of sun simulator.
• Testing of module at Flasher and EL as per QAP.
• Line audit with customer/third party inspector as per the agreed MQP.
• Ensure the closer of NC,s observed by customer during the line audit.
• Ensure all in-process sample collection and testing as per the customer MQP in their presence.
• Daily in- process testing data collections and prepared the reports.
• Completion of all PSI reports and collect the data like, IVC, EL images etc.
• Selection of third party testing samples from the customer lot as per their requirements.
• Ensure proper packaging of third party samples and send these samples to lab for testing.
• Ensure the module reliability testing at internal and external lab as per the customer requirements.
• Regular monitoring of PSI passing rate on different AQL and improve.
• Analysis of defect and CPA observed by customer during PSI.
• Data entry in SAP.
