Position Title: Asst. Manager(Auto)

Experience: min 6 years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate

  • Assistant Manager, Contact Centre (chat/ Email process)
  • Assistant Manager, RSA (voice Process)

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Referral Specialist and/or comprehensive call center knowledge with experience in handling chat & email process
  • Basic Technical knowledge of Vehicles/ cars and/orawareness of terminology of the bike/cars.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of clients, customers and staff.
  • Ability to plan well and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
