Responsibility

  • Sales representative coaching, goal setting, performance reviews, and management.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Achieving growth and meeting sales targets through effective management of the pan-India sales team.
  • Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence.
  • Closing leads and generating business through leads.
  • Handling existing customer portfolios and generating revenue.
  • Ensuring that business targets are met on a monthly basis.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
  • Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Customer-oriented
