Job Description:

As a content creator, you will be responsible for creating documents and training contents for all the Unmanned Aircraft Systems of Asteria Aerospace.
Your other roles will be assisting in training activities, timely audit of training assets, conduct theory and practical classes (As a backup instructor).
You will work closely with product development engineers in the organization for making timely changes and updates in the training contents.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Training content creation for CBT (Computer Based Training) on product training, process training and update familiarization training programs.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team on timely updates of the system to implement the same in the training program.
  • Learning the operational concepts Asteria’s Quadcopters, Hybrid VTOLs and other products which will be introduced in future.
  • Assisting product training activities on our Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
  • Stay connected with external trainees and follow up regarding their operations.
  • Preparing manuals, Emergency checklists, Dos & Don’ts, Pilot handbooks.
  • Generating reports, correspondences & maintaining training records, files & batch folders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Other applicable degree.

Relevant Experience: 1+ Year in content creation

Desired Skills & Characteristics:
  • Passionate about the work and quick learning through self-initiatives.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Should be ready to conduct on field work and travel as and when required by the department.
  • Knowledge of RC aircraft/UAV/Multirotor dynamics, control & flight operations (Preferable).
  • Experience in operating Fixed wing/ Quadcopters/ Hybrid VTOL systems(Preferable).
  • Excellent skills in MS word, excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge on creating training manuals and reports in Microsoft word.
  • Preferred hands-on skills in training content creation using video editing software like Filmora/ After effects/ Premiere pro etc.
