Job Responsibilities & Activities

including investments, liquidity and credit management, and tax and estate planning. Our business model focuses on deep client relationships, an integrated team structure and a platform of depth and breadth.
You will work as part of a team of expert client advisors (bankers, global investment specialists, wealth advisors and capital advisors). Candidates must demonstrate an interest and knowledge in financial markets, as well as possess excellent analytical, organizational, attention-to-detail, communication, leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects are also a must. This role would suit someone who is looking for an entry level position or has some experience in the financial markets. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Supervise daily operations with responsibility for the performance of the team on an individual and overall basis
  • Implement and monitor strategic plans, and develop goals and strategies that address priority issues related to functional excellence, people, innovation and efficiency
  • Stakeholder management - effective communication and regular status reporting to key business stakeholders
  • Perform ongoing oversight and provide leadership and subject matter expertise to ensure the execution of a risk based oversight model for the client advisor functions
  • Manage capacity and assignment of activities across the team
  • Lead "change control" as requirements and priorities shift through planning and execution
  • Lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams at varying leadership levels to drive execution and delivery
  • Provide basic client information management
  • Facilitation of timely and accurate completion of projects in hand, KYC records by closely working with KYC team, onshore analysts and bankers.
  • Assisting the team in periodic reviews, new account opening document reviews, CDD Lite reviews, various KYC records upliftment and account reviews
  • Understanding and implementation of KYC standards, guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Handling and maintenance of confidential client documentation
  • Collection and verification of confidential client data via publicly available and internal sources
  • Understand the firm’s KYC requirements when reviewing missing documentation request received from KYC / OB team and factual documents provided by the client.
  • Communicating/escalating issues to management when applicable
Open to learn new process and open to upskill self via cross training and self learning
  • Strongly engage with Middle office and /Or middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to refine a process and increase operational efficiencies
  • Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality)
  • Be flexible to work on other migration/remediation projects.
  • Ability to guide the team in KYC risk factors and draft the overall risk summary for the client, PEP disposition, Source of Wealth, country of risk & appropriate commentary on other identified risk factors.
  • Coordinating with global investment specialists, wealth advisors and capital advisors on client needs, meeting agendas, and managing client follow-up
  • Partnering with various functional partners to service clients
  • Preparing presentations and materials for various internal stakeholders.
  • Personal Attributes & Requirements
  • University degree holder (preferably MBA / CFA/CAMS) and / or with 5+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity
