About the role:

  • LeverEdge Mobility solution is used by salespersons in 20+ markets for order capture.
  • The solution caters to ~5B Euro turnover business of Unilever. Hence, robust operations of this application is critical to Unilever business.
  • This role entitles end to end management of LeverEdge mobility solution. This primarily includes but not limited to –
    • Development and deployment of secure solutions
    • Handling support – incident, PT & SR management
    • Stakeholder management
  • This role also needs a good understanding of design & security aspects of development

Key accountabilities

  • Ensure e-RTM and DT Operations capabilities are delivered on-time
  • Engage with countries & L2 support team to ensure smooth BAU operations
  • SOW & budget management
