Job Description

• Play Leadership role of the O&G Data Automation team to work on the numerous existing services (like Well, Production, Land and Location, Log Data) and potential new service offerings like Renewable energy services with the existing as well as with prospective customers thru’ technical support, PoCs (proof-of-concept), and capability building efforts, etc.

• Play the role of an Automation champion and work with the team on development of project execution process or solution framework for the various data management projects.

• Work closely with SME’s, Service Line SpoC’s and Project automation Spoc’s to identify automation potential

• Drive Project specific automations across BU and work closely with IP Teams & operations Office team on execution

• Evaluation of the existing scenario (processes, practices, technologies, applications , and systems) to create an ‘as is’ baseline and visualization of the business requirements as well as the ‘to be’ scenario

• Play a key role in development of proposal preparation in terms of process definition / solution framework, estimation, risk identification, assumptions etc.

• Drive innovation culture in the projects and Recommendation of a possible roadmap (comprising of processes, technologies, applications, and systems) to get to the ‘to be’ scenario

• Be a partner to delivery teams, sales teams and customer and drive resolution of technical challenges during set-up, execution and final delivery

• Consultative interaction with the client about the various possible solutions, zeroing in on the most appropriate solution as part of the solution architecting, and development of the solution architecture

• Coach and mentor team members on technical aspects, technology adoption and groom future technical leaders in the team
• Be a thought leader in this space and help the organization define new services / frameworks / IP’s, Platforms that can be taken to the market

• Identify opportunities for automation by leveraging the latest software and digital technologies
