Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Files downloads and upload in various software systems for Margins and Survailance Limits.

2. Maintain close and frequent communication with branches and customers

3. Answer incoming calls, provide solutions or escalate according to higher authority. Track issues until resolution.
