EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Desired candidate will be the single point of contact in the team responsible for seeing a transaction from pitch to closure, liaising with client and all internal teams at branch level
  • Credit - require sector / industry expertise, analysis, preparation / presentation of transaction to senior stakeholders
  • Local tie-ups with DSAs to generate loan pipelines and manage the channels
  • Liaising with internal Operations teams and counsel to ensure execution and closure
  • Expansion in T2 & T3 cities, targeting retail loans for affordable housing projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Management of the branch
  • Drive open market channel development through DSAs and Connectors
  • Strong participation in sales events such as meeting with CAs / Doctors etc., participation in exhibitions and road shows at worksites etc.
  • Conduct regular and detailed trainings and business reviews with branch employees, DSA and Connector Channel to ensure continuous file flow
  • Measure the productivity and efficiency level of channel partners closely and initiate corrective action as required
  • Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics of the area to position our products with the customer
  • Engage closely with Area Sales Manager / Cluster Head to ensure that branding and advertisement at area level are in line with product offering
  • Provide market insights to Area Sales Manager / Cluster Head in terms of new products, schemes, pay-outs structures and marketing strategies being offered and run by competition

CORE SKILLS &EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Complete understanding of the Affordable Home Loans lending space
  • Analytical & Quantitative Skills - Has the ability to assemble, analyse and evaluate data to help assess risk and make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations
  • Complete understanding and hands-on experience of executing lending related documentation such as loan agreement, security documents, KYC etc.
  • Relationship with major developers & DSAs
  • In-depth understanding & knowledge of customer preferences and real estate market
  • Relates well with clients at appropriate levels and establishes good working relationships where appropriate
  • Ability to lead and manage team. Good team-worker
  • Should have a strong hold on product knowledge and basic calculation of loan eligibilities under mortgages
  • Experience of managing distribution channels and conducting events for lead generation
