Job Details:

Company: Think and Learn Pvt Ltd (BYJU’S)

Sector: Sales and Business Development.

As far as the final job description is concerned, to begin with, it is a target based sales job where you would be required to sell the Byju’s products to the customers. You will be involved in calling the customers in the initial part of the week and during the weekends you will meet the customers virtually over zoom and will sell the product to these customers.

CTC for this role will : 5+3 for Tier-1 4+3 for tier-2 (Only one CTC to be informed based upon his tier of interest) Interview Process Explanation

● The interview process is a simple 2 steps process.

○ Webinar

○ Personal Interview.

Webinar: Webinar is a 2 hours of online session which will be conducted by our Ed-Tech Sales Industry leaders. Since you don’t have enough experience in the edutech industry, this webinar will help you get insights about the industry, our company as well as the nature of the job.

Every candidate is expected to submit a 3 slide presentation over the things that they understood in the Webinar, which will help us evaluate you in the next round of personal interview. Please ensure that you are attending this webinar till the very end, or else your candidature will be rejected and you will not be able to apply with us again in the near future. Also, ensure that you have stable internet connection and proper data availability so that you are able to attend the entire webinar.

Personal Interview: Personal interview will be a 20 mins virtual interview conducted by our recruitment manager, where you need to present the PPT you have created.

R3 Process: After clearing the Personal Interview You will be selected for the next round of interview which will be a Sales Grooming and Development Program (SGDP) which will be a 5-day training program. This program is specially designed for freshers to give them an opportunity to get hands-on experience in sales.

These 5 days will purely be invested in your learning and evaluation will be done based upon what you have understood in it.

Additional Information Only if the Candidate enquirers further:

SSP: After 5 days of training, you would be expected to come to the office for on-the-job training for 3 weeks and attend the sessions .

● Upon successful completion of 3 weeks of training you will be given an opportunity to work directly as a BDA and will be offered a salary of 5 LPA.

● During the 3 weeks training if you are able to generate revenue in the form of 2 sales and 6 successful customer interactions you will be paid an additional amount of 18000.

● To become a BDA you need to clear the 3 weeks of training, assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/trainer and HR Team.

● You will be paid an allowance of 1250 per week. An additional 1250 relocation allowance will be paid once
