Key responsibilities:

Promote PHN services in reputed private individual and group schools and generate revenue by signing the schools.
Visit 5-6 schools daily and pitch product, give demos.
Setting up meetings with potential school clients and New customer acquisition.
Meeting with Principals and School managements for presentation, negotiations and signing agreements.
Handle principals and school managements in a calm and empathetic manner with strong relationship skills.
Should have b2b counsel selling Idea
Target oriented for educational institute/school
Build the sales pipeline and achieve sales target
Reporting timely regarding business
Payment collection on time
Negotiate and finalise deals with schools.


Preferred qualifications:

Min 3+ of experience in Sales and Business Development Management in the Indian Market.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency MS Office and Advance Excel
Ability to build rapport with team & clients
Time management and decision skills.
Strive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to client.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Project management skills, Strong organizational skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
