Role description ( BDE - Female Candidates only , North Karnataka location )

The Selected Candidates will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the creative courses and career options in Hubli and surrounding areas. They would be showcasing the unique Arena Animation’s way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in North Karnataka region. As a BDE in Arena, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the courses in Animation, Vfx film making and creative programs and assist them to enroll.
Skills
Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Having a keen interest to grow your career in Business development.

  • Interested in mentoring and guiding students and communication skills.
  • Having a knack for sales.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Other details
All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) for Direct Sales.
