Position: Executive - Business Development (Contractual Role)

Company: Flipkart

Location: Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore

Salary: As per industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree preferred, Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in sales (freshers can also apply)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Seller onboarding: Identifying and onboarding new sellers onto the Flipkart platform
  • Selection: Curating a diverse and high-quality selection of products from sellers
  • Seller management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers to ensure smooth operations
  • Data analysis: Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize seller performance and maximize revenue
  • Communication: Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth and meet targets

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
