We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials to pitch products or services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets and goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of Adverting/Media Industry and understanding of key market drivers and challenges is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
