Our fast-growing team is spread across 12 locations around the globe, including Italy, India, Germany, United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Singapore. We’re now looking for someone that is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to enter Kaleyra family as Business Development Manager - WebRTC. It’s a Hunter role.

Requirements


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build your own pipeline of active prospects through own Network, high volume of emails, cold calls and social media outreach every week
  • Understand each prospect’s objectives and KPIs to pair them with the right solution which will help them achieve their marketing goals
  • Effectively manage the prospect pipeline from prospecting to winning new business
  • Communicate with internal team members and departments to gain their support in closing sales
  • Be resourceful and self-motivated
  • Find and qualify leads by means of the sales strategies in place for Kaleyra, while providing relevant information to the prospects at different stages of the sales process.

Knowledge/Experience:

(What knowledge or experience of the role or the industry does the individual need, e.g., relevant work experience, industry and/or product knowledge)

  • Strong understanding of the mobile marketing space
  • Minimum 6 years of selling digital/interactive marketing, Video Solutions, marketing tech or ad tech solutions; mobile marketing sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling to senior executives (client direct in the digital space)
  • Contacts and sales experience within retail, financial services, Banking, healthcare and travel are highly desirable
  • Proven track record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota
  • Excellent understanding of the marketing / sales funnel from a brand’s perspective from awareness to education, motivation & conviction to sales actions & post click/post action optimization, etc.
  • Experience in the mobile messaging space or with enterprise marketing clouds is a plus
