We are HIRING Business Development Specialistfor our organization a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Company stationed at Greater Noida who can use the websites, social media, and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversions, to promote the business, product.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a list and approach strategy for prospective clients.
  • Approaching, meeting prospective clients to introduce them to the company and its services.
  • Regular follow up and interaction with the prospective clients to culminate the discussion into a successful deal.
  • Ensure proper resource planning and data management of business development activities.
  • Plan and execute participation of the company in various promotional events and exhibitions.
  • Be able to close deals independently without having to depend on senior leadership.

Job Location: Greater Noida/Ghaziabad

Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate/MBA.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in sales for a 3PL company

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
