Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at Nells Cafe in Malappuram. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including customer service, food and beverage management, sales, and maintaining a high level of food service quality. The Cafe Manager will also be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications

Hospitality or business management degree or certification (desirable)

3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant management role

Proven track record in leading a team and driving sales growth

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures

· Lead and motivate a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff

· Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

· Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions

· Maintain high standards of quality and service

· Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profits

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth

· Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve business goals and objectives

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

· Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members

· Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
